Excellent location, couldn't ask for better, very quiet ( It was a Monday night). We had problem with carparking even thou we had booked on site parking by telephone. Plenty of carparking 300 yards down quayside so no real problem as weather was kind. Good breakfast with a great view of river Tyne

If it had been up to me I would have probably overlooked this hotel for one of the more modern ones but I'm rather glad I stayed here now as it was a great location for the quayside and the iconic Tyne Bridge. The staff were exceptionally helpful, from the desk when we arrived to the staff in the restaurant....

Hotel is in an older building so not purpose built as a Premier Inn, so a different feel and layout in terms of fixtures and fittings. Could do with a refresh to the latest standards. Good points - comfortable bed, little noise either internal or external. Most staff were pleasant and helpful. Bad points - hot water was lukewarm until...

Hi Martin, Thanks for your review. It's disappointing to read that you unsatisfied by your recent visit to the Newcastle Quayside hotel. Although you were happy with the comfort and pleasant service provided by Team Members, it's a shame to hear that you felt the hotel was quite dated and had issues with your room and breakfast. Fortunately we do...

Very polite and friendly service. There were a number of things missing from the menu each night, which was a little disappointing. Spacious rooms that are beginning to get a little tired. Excellent location for all the bars and clubs.

Located on Newcastle's quayside, within a ten minute walk from Newcastle's Central Station (great bus service almost outside the hotel to take you to the railway station, haymarket bus station or the centre of town), with underground car park. It has views of the river. My room was on the second floor, clean and tidy. The temperature control took a...

We spent 2 nights here while up to watch the rugby. The location is superb - right by the Tyne Bridge. On Sunday there was a great market just outside. This is a lively Saturday night part of the city, but it added to the atmosphere and we didn't hear too much noise from our room. Breakfast first morning was...

Just back home after a great night away in Newcastle with my best friend, although I'm originally from Newcastle she is not and had never visited the city before, after a rough year for her, and to give her a little treat, id booked a surprise trip to see Olly Murrs at the metro arena along with our stay at...

Our Premier Inn in Newcastle is perfectly placed for visitors, near the Tyne, and its beautiful bridges, across from the Sage and the Baltic It had one of the best breakfasts I've had while travelling ( and that was the Continental option!). The room was clean and well thought out with ample space for storage , an excellent shower, and...
