Everything and more you hope a guest house will be. Clean, great hosts, great English breakfast, along with fresh fruit salad etc and wonderful cake when we arrived. I just wish all B & B's were to this standard.

I stayed in Kenilworth for nearly three months working with Jaguar Land Rover. The Arden was my first choice every single time. The guesthouses of Kenilworth are either lovely like this one, or pretty grim. The staff were lovely, very hospitable and flexible - always welcomed me by name and thought about what I would need before I'd even thought...

Just back from a lovely midweek stay at the Arden Guest House. Very comfortable, clean room with lots of thoughtul little touches (coffee & tea making facilities, bottled water, hairdryer, soft towels) and great breakfasts with lots of choice. Helpful hosts, afternoon cake provided too!

If only all Guest Houses (and many hotels) were as good as the Arden. From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome and it soon became clear that this was a high quality Guest House. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The bedroom was bright and airy with comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities with good biscuits -...

Stayed for the first time in this delightful B&B...as a regular visitor to Kenilworth, we have generally opted to stay in the bigger 'chain hotel'...never again! Love the personal touches i.e. delicious home made cake ready on our arrival to help ourselves to in the main lounge...spotlessly clean rooms...free wifi...rooms well equipped with refreshments, along with toiletries...comfy bed...and a delicious...

Stayed the one night in this lovely little b&b on quiet road. Had a nice warm greeting from Tony _ there was also some delicious complimentary lemon drizzle cake in the lounge which we just had to try! Our room had everything we needed & was homely with modern feel. Pub round the corner offered a discount to Arden guests...

Stayed for the second time after a visit in 2015. Rooms have all facilities you get in hotel: toiletries, refreshments,tv,nice compact rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Parking is on the road. Stairs could be a challenge for the unfit.

Its a good place to stay. I stayed with my family in the family room. Room was comfortably big and enough space to store your luggage. I chose this as it is close to University of Warwick where my son studies. Breakfast was delicious and specially the all day long freshly baked cake. Though it is on the road but...

Lovely B&B, with everything you could need in the rooms to make your stay comfortable. Cooked breakfast was great with cereals and yoghurt available if you didn't fancy the above. My only minor criticism is our bathroom was rather on the small side but the shower was nice and hot! Me and my partner are thinking of coming to back...
