Myself & my partner stayed 1 night Easter Sat, great spacious room, great TV, comfortable double bed each, well posh bathroom, loads of towels plenty of soap etc! Excellent meal at Pierre's restaurant in-house, 20% off for guests! Breakfast in-house Starbucks, super, would definitely stay again! Also slept till almost 10, which is very good for busy hotels!

Often stay at the Holiday Inn Kenilworth for business and leisure. Rooms are always clean and well presented, as a IHG platinum member I am often upgraded to an Executive room which is nice. Breakfast is great! Hotel is in walking distance to the high street where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

Very good considering it's a budget hotel, staff are friendly and helpful the attached restaurant is excellent and probably deserves its own review. Suffice to say the portions are massive and delicious, all the way to the pudding. Curiously, being healthy and taking the stairs is surprisingly tricky, I ended up taking the stairs to the first floor and then...

We have been staying here quite often and our experiences have been varied. This stay was OK until check out. We had booked our normal suite in advance and we were asked to pay in full on check in, which I found a bit odd. However, we paid. I must admit that I was a little confused, as no swipe...

The Holiday Inn, in the upper part of Kenilworth, is great value. Certainly not 'top end' but comparative with Premier Inns. Welcoming vibe to the Reception, pleasant, helpful staff, easy check-in - everything made clear and nothing too much trouble. We were a family group with 3 standard first floor doubles. Nicely decorated, clean, good bedlinen/pillows etc. Surprisingly large TV...

Thank you very much for your review about your recent stay with us. Your kind words have been passed onto the teams. Apologies about the card machines not working - this does not happen a lot as as you can imagine when it does it can cause a problem. Unfortunately with this its is not something we can fix on...

The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the shops and about 10 minutes the other way from Kenilworth Castle. On arrival receptionist very friendly/welcoming and whilst we only stayed one night but had a very comfortable executive room. The only negative was at breakfast - the plates were cold and the cooked items were only warm - could...

Aircon in room 310 was so loud - we thought the room above was running a bath... all night. Tried switching off but room became very stuffy. Was offered an apology but no compensation. Won't be staying at a Holiday Inn again.

We stayed 2 nights. As the title says there were some nice touches: The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding is nice. The bee friendly shampoo and soaps. Very nice deep towels of a decent size. It has a good sized tv with some smart facilities - itv hub, channel 4 and 5. Nice supplies of coffee, tea...

Stayed 1 night on room only. Nice large room, smallish bathroom but good room with effective air con, although a little noisy on extra cool. Faced the front towards the high street and the location is perfect for all the bars and restaurants in Kenilworth. Centre is 2 mins walk whilst the castle and the old streets are 5-10mins walk....

As part of a group booking for our car club, we had a private dining room for our evening meal. Our host for the hotel was excellent, as was the food. Breakfast however was not so good with a wait on hot items running out frequently and not being replaced. Convenient location for Stoneligh Park and the Race Retro event.
