Our room was not available, we were given a smaller room and charged the lower price for it. We didn't mind though. The staff are very helpful, we were recommended a really nice Spanish restaurant down the road. It is a ten minute walk away to the park, and through there to Kenilworth castle. The cocktails are delicious.

This is a lovely, quirky hotel with a unusual decor, very stylish and classy. The location is great, it's close to some good pubs and restaurants. However if you stay in one of the rooms over the Cocktail lounge, be prepared for a lot of noise!! We stayed on a Saturday night in a room over a very busy and...

Right in town we arrived to a very warm welcome. Our room was away from the busy street and very comfortable. The bar area is quirky. Padded walls and a plated ceiling but it works well with the massive cocktail list and collection of ingredients.

Didn't stay at the hotel but had 3 cocktails with a work colleague before dinner in tge excellent Indian across the road. Yes they are a bit pricey but boy are they worth it. Good knowledgeable bar staff as well made it even more enjoyable.

Booked in for my 1st anniversary and booked the loft suite which had a nice big bath and comfy bed, best bit had to be dial 0 and have unlimited cocktails delivered to the room, customer service was outstanding throughout and Rosie was especially attentive, best cocktails I've ever had too!

We booked through booking.com and paid for a room with a king-sized bed. I had researched the hotel using their official website where it states 'all our rooms come with the usual niceties such as a King-sized leather bed'. I therefore didn't feel the need to contact the hotel directly to confirm I/we did in fact have a king-sized bed....

Booked to stay here for 4 nights. Was very disappointed to discover on arrival our room was directly on top of the loud cocktail bar, noise travelled very easily and myself and my partner were kept awake until the early hours. The room was small and basic. Although a room swap was offered, we were unable to move as my...

The cocktail bar was incredible. The staff amazing. However, the accommodation is not at all “luxury” as advertised. I have stayed in nicer Premier Inns. The décor was shocking and it felt like we were staying in someone’s unused spare room. Not a boutique, luxury hotel. I cannot fault the staff or your cocktail bar, but I chose to stay...

Nice rooms Friendly helpful staff Good continental breakfast Fantastic cocktail bar - cosy bar areas to sit in and enjoy one of the many cocktails they have listed on the cocktail menu! Good location and the free parking was a bonus Would recommend this hotel if your looking to stay in the area

We booked the Kenilworth as our usual hotel in Kenilworth was fully booked. Took us a little time to find it and then find the parking which is behind the hotel and is not obvious. The front part of the hotel is a cocktail bar and very popular. Our bedroom had everything you required, but suffered a few little problems,...
