Stayed for a short pamper break, what a lovely place. Excellent food, comfy rooms and beautiful surroundings. Spa is excellent too! Perfect for a break away for all ages and tastes. Close to Stratford upon Avon for tourists and historic settings.

Booked Billesley through secret escapes for my birthday. Was a bit dubious as some of the reviews read badly. Arrived in the dark so full impact of beautiful building missed until the next morning. Room lovely and clean, bed comfortable. Spa and facilities tranquil and relaxing. Restuarant staff helpful, friendly, and on the ball. No issues with language, no delays,...

As a last minute booking, we were glad to find a lovely hotel with a nice big room and clean comfortable bathroom. The staff are a little stiff and the hotel facilities are a little tired, but it is clean and comfortable. The grounds are very pretty.

Reviews on here are either gushing in their praise or damning in their condemnation. After two nights there I can well see why! Receptionists are described as being not particularly proficient. they might not be particularly friendly or welcoming - but we were given the right keys for the right rooms. Rooms in The Barns - described as not particularly...

On arriving our room wasn't ready, happily went to the bar only to go back to reception and room still wasn't ready!! Asked how long and told "30 mins" went back to bar with a complimentary drink (thank you), gave them 45 mins and still wasn't ready!!! Now it showed their disorganisation as too much time had passed and they...

Dear diane h, I am unsure as to when you arrived at the hotel, but check in is from 3pm and I am sorry if this did overrun slightly. I am sure that the housekeeping staff were just being very thorough and would hate it if the standards were to slip. As the old saying goes, “More haste, less speed!”...

I have been to this gorgeous sumptuous hotel many times. Most recently in June with e friends. They actually do rooms for 3 which is very unusual. . Rooms are great. Outside is beautiful. Restaurant and staff are outstanding. On all my stays. My only cristism might be breakfast. Not that warm and undercooked hash browns. But in the scheme...

Booked the secret escape two night deal, everybody else was too. Thought the previous poor reviews couldn't be so bad, however, they were spot on. Rang the hotel before booking, found that luxury rooms were 1 to 16 in the old part of house. When we arrived we were put in modern part of the hotel about 6ft from pool....
