Spotlessly clean guest house with large airy rooms, comfortable beds, and all home comforts. Included in the room price, was a wonderful home cooked breakfast, very friendly, the owner took the time to stop by every table at breakfast to chat. Brilliant location within easy walking distance to all the town's amenities.

Linhill is a fantastic place to stay. Customer satisfaction comes across as very important to the owners. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfy beds and the breakfast was delicious. A good way to start your day. Highly recommend to stay here.

We had a lovely 24-hour break at Linhill. The room was very clean & comfortable & the breakfast good & plentiful. The main advantage was that we could park the car for 24 hours for £3 just around the corner & walk everywhere. We'd booked to see at play at the Swan Theatre & were able to walk there in...

Massive bed, lovely breakfast, great location, what more could you want! On top of that they can also help to sort parking at a reasonable cost which is very helpful if your staying in Stratford. A very easy walk to the Stratford Art house.

A lovely clean guest house only a 10 (if that) minute walk from the station and 5 minute walk into the beautiful City of Stratford. Diane was very friendly and helpful. Room was plenty big enough, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely guesthouse to stay in Stratford, close to the town centre only a few mins walking which is fine in Stratford. It's a very clean and friendly place to stay. The breakfast was great and we will stay again for sure when visiting!

Excellent throughout, from the well-appointed quadruple room (except for the 2 flights of stairs!) to the bacon served with breakfast and the parking permit supplied. Diane was helpfulness and friendliness personified.

We stayed at the Linhill as we celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary in Stratford. It couldn't have been a more suiting choice of accommodation. Diane the hostess is a lovely friendly lady who made us most welcome. The room was a superb size, the bed very comfy and the room and bathroom were so clean, as was the whole guest...

The owner Diane is very friendly and welcoming. The Guest House is perfectly located walking distance to anywhere in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The room was nice, warm, very clean indeed. Also the breakfast included, with the choice of continental or English. Definitely suggest for a short break. We'll be back

Excellent location to stay, very central, within walking distance to Anne Hathaway house, and the town itself. Lovely atmosphere at the Linhill, great breakfast, very attentive and helpful, giving really good advice on all aspects of our stay at Stratford.
