We're lucky in that we have maybe 4-5 really lovely places that we can escape to and know that we will be well looked after, and even luckier that this one is only a short, easy bus ride away. We were accommodated at short notice and were delighted that Frances room was available. A lovely big ground floor room, at...

Very warm welcome. Lovely bnb with great breakfast. Very comfortable and lovely touches with the bears in each room and honesty fridge. Would highly recommend for anyone staying on Warwick or local area. Hard to find a fault.

I had stayed in Park Cottage for 4 months between May-Sept.2016. Janet and Stuart were very kind and helpful. I can't forget the little suprises that Janet had done for me. They did their best to make me feel at home while I was so far away from my family. They even prepared Turkish breakfast for me at the weekends...

Janet and Stuart are lovely hosts and made us feel right at home the moment we stepped into Park Cottage. Stuart was only too happy to share insider tips with us regarding good pubs and grubs around Warwick, before showing us to our lovely room (Catherine) which was spotlessly clean and very cosy. The B&B is ideally located to visit...

I arrived for a 2 day stay last week with my elderly mother and aunt. We had beautiful, charming, cosy rooms with ensuite bath and shower, both on the ground floor. Stuart's breakfasts were delicious with old fashioned tasty bacon and sausages. The welcome and help we had from Janet was second to none. My aunt had mobility issues and...

Came for a long weekend for my partners birthday. Janet and Stuart really made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. You can tell Janet and Stuart really care about the experience they give their guests and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was special. Thank you so...

This is a lovely, well appointed guest house. The room we stayed in was very clean & spacious, with lovely little touches such as chocolates on the pillows! The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, good quality and plentiful. The overall feel was charming.

This is a lovely place to stay, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the owners most friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was good. And it is very reasonably priced for a well situated place in Warwick. We stayed in a room called 'Frances' and it was lovely, my only real concern was the fact that, having decided to...
