I haven't been able to access my TA account for a while, now I'm uploading reviews. This was an ideal location for a group of friends to meet up. The rooms were clean and good for us. The corridors were a little bit noisy overnight but we stayed on a Saturday night ( so maybe to be expected). We were...

Central Birmingham location, very friendly staff, a spotless room and a very quiet and comfortable night. Well worth using if you want access to the canals, and be central to Birmingham city centre. We stayed one Saturday night mid August and paid £45 for a double room. We visited the canals, the jewellery quarter and the coffin museum. (The latter...

Great 2 night stay at this Premier Inn, perfectly situated by Birmingham Cathedral. Easy to get to everywhere in Brum. No noise whatsoever heard at night whilst in room. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Easy on line check in. The only "complaint" I have is both nights we were there the bar closed early and we couldn't get a drink...

The room was an unusual shape and not the best we've had but still good for only 2 nights, the hotel has ironing boards and irons on every floor except the 7th, so I had to search floors 1-6 for an iron. staff were unable to help with locating one, the standard go to response at the front desk was...

We arrived by train before check in. The very helpful staff stored our luggage and then helped us negotiate the self check in system! Room clean and comfortable, up to PI standards. Only downside was window did not open, but we could see it was a security risk and the weather was such it did not matter! Easy walking distance...

Premier inn have a good reputation and this one stood up to that! Clean, secure, and a good nights sleep. Really good central location from the station and town. Breakfast service was Buffett style and very filling. Would stay again when in Birmingham.

Situated on the edge of the businesss district, the many bars, old bank buildings, offer a great selection of styles of drinking, from beer and pie, to cocktail bars. A short walk, 5 mins, takes you to superb shopping including the Bullring and onto the markets both indoor and outdoor. If you want a city break this is the place...

Fantastic value for money, all the staff were lovely, rooms and bathroom were great, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Location was another plus, very close to the shops, museum and city square. The only down side was that the church across from the hotel had some sort of training exercise on where the bells in the church are rung...for 6 hours...

After a 5 hour journey we ( my husband 2,3 and 14 year old) finally arrived. Great Central location and a warm welcome from Matt on reception we parked outside to bring our bags etc in. Big mistake! My husband returned to the car after 6 minutes to a parking ticket. He quizzed a traffic warden who told him you...
