What a pity you have a brilliant location but you need to invest money into it! Our bedding & towels were clean, we had plenty of hot water & heating but it is very grubby. Management please just look around you...the wallpaper is covered in food in dining areas along with menus! These are basic cleaning duties. Staff are really...

Walked out of Birmingham New Street Station and into the Hotel easily! Wow what a step back in time! I felt a bit un-easy straight away with "ghetto" lads complaining about their shower and wet floor in bathroom with the word "boss" when talking to the poor hotel night staff! Oh I felt SO sorry for the night receptionists -...

Dear Guest Please accept my sincere apologies that certain aspects of the hotel failed to met with your expectations. It is hard to prejudge the behaviour of any guests staying at the Hotel, believe me when I say at times, I seriously wish we could. Regards

Must admit not my desired choice of accommodation but a girls night out led us to stay there don't recommend unless you get a really good price and don't plan on spending much time in your room . The hotel needs a big renovation to make it modern . But it is centrally located in the city centre the location...

I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though we had booked the hotel a good six weeks before we went, on arriving we were told by a surly receptionist that they "only had smokers rooms left", so clearly they hadn't actually reserved us a specific room (as we had indicated when booking...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It isn't just the fact it's old and dirty. It's impossible to access by car and has decor from the 60s. I never thought a travelodge would be an upgrade only plus is its central but do yourself a massive favour and go somewhere else seriously it isn't worth the 30 quid I...

Please please please don't stay here, this place is stuck in a time warp. The bedroom we stayed in was filthy and freezing cold (we had a plug in heater that happened to be in our car. We had it running nonstop for 48 hours) This place either needs a complete refurb or needs to be closed down.
