I stayed here for 2 nights whilst on business. There is a small car park outside and a very helpful concierge found me a space so I could leave my car. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good and overall I would recommend this hotel.

Situated in central Birmingham, there is nothing else to suggest that you should stay here. The main road to the hotel is closed making access nigh on impossible, the car park is difficult to access and there is a long walk ( in the rain today) from the car park to the hotel. The worst aspect is the large rude...

The bedroom and bathroom are dated. My biggest problem was the temperature in the room. When I got into the room, it was very cold. The heating was old fashioned and it wasn't obvious how to control it. Once I figured out, some hot air started trickling out of some old fashioned vents, but not that effective. I was on...

I arrived at 11.45pm to find that the hotel doesn't have its own car park, the nearest car park is a NCP car park at the back of the hotel. Normally you would be able to use a rear entrance to get into the hotel. Because of the building work you have a 250m walk around to the front. This...

This hotel was excellent in every way - but very noisy. It was a windy night and I was on the 4th floor - but the room had ear plugs available so I think that it is usual to be so noisy. Very convenient for train station - good location. The only thing that would stop me using this hotel...

Right next to New Street station it's a 1960's high rise hotel with small rooms. Rooms are small. I have a gold card, but that does not really get you anything here. I would stay somewhere else for the same price in future. Points are not that important when the comfort isn't there. Breakfast is somewhat disorganised with staff taking...

Although the hotel is undergoing a revamp it still offers comfortable accommodation. We were given the choice of what level room we would like and chose high just in case the view of Birmingham city centre would be any good?? Room was a small suite type room with very good appointments. The revamp means that the breakfast/bar facilities are a...
