Good location within walking distance of most areas of the city centre..Reception was quick and room nice size and very clean with ample storage areas for clothes etc. Bed very comfortable.. Did not eat in hotel as food was over priced and loads of places off decent restaurant's in local area. Did make use of Bar which had the usual...

OK but. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and yet there was a ten minute queue for breakfast caused by a lack of staff to clear the tables in the restaurant area, and a lack of tables as they were having to set up breakfast on coffee tables in the reception area. The cooked part of the...

We stayed here for 1 night in December 2016. The room was nice and clean. The swimming pool and spa area needed a bit more attention (no soap at the shower, some shower heads didn't work...). However, the overall stay was pleasant. The location was convenient for city centre.

Spent a few nights here in December 2016 as base for some xmas shopping and to visit the Christmas markets. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the city centre We booked a room with a view, would definitely recommend that as the view was fantastic. We arrived early, 3 hours early and the room was ready so...

We've been to many hyatts round Europe this I think was the worse . Rooms cold pillars flat breakfast service poor. The staff could learn a lot from the Hyatt Nice France. No one asked if we were happy with our stay.

Stayed here four times now when going to a Barclaycard Arena concert. Excellent service and food, and really handily placed for the Christmas market, Ferris wheel, Ice rink, iconic Birmingham library and other feature of the city. Lots of eateries nearby so spoiled for choice. Always had a good stay here. Very miffed that the prices had been hugely hiked...

Lovely hotel in a good location. Was offered to upgrade on arrival and so pleased we did. Was on 22nd floor with fabulous views of the city. Full use of the Club Lounge which was lovely. Good food and staff friendly. Would recommend and certainly visit again.

I had a very nice short 2 day stay but definitely recommend others to use this hotel. Lovely gym and pool. Excellent manager Jameel (I hope I have the name right). The rooms are good. Location perfect.

I always stay at the Hyatt when I am on business in Birmingham - never disappointed with the customer service particularly the concierge and reception staff; nothing is ever too much for them, hence willing to help - service with a smile! Only downside is the parking due to the limited spaces and will set you back £25 for 24hrs....
