The front staff were very friendly but the bathroom was not clean, the minibar was not stocked, and the pillows were the worst I have ever slept on. Maybe if I had a better room I would have had a different experience.

Really nice hotel, next to Symphony Hall and close to some great bars and restaurants on the canal. Good views across the city, really nice bar and decor. Not the cheapest but great value for the amenities.

A very nice centrally located hotel, could do with on site parking, bar very over priced -£20 for 2 large glasses of pinot grigio! Other than that, very nice, polite staff and very clean. Top end hotel

Get the train from New Street to Bham international train station (10mins journey) where you can easily access the airport via shuttle (approx. 10mins). New Street station is a 10/15mins walk from the hotel. National Rail... More
