We stayed here when going to a concert at the Symphony Hall, very convenient as you can walk straight through along a covered bridge to it. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, as you would expect. We were able to leave our bags with the concierge before check-in so we could walk back into the centre unencumbered. Service fine, a little...

Just Wow! 5 star hotel What a fantastic hotel - impressive entrance, excellent staff and great service. The parking is an issue! well lack of it. We parked in the street out side cost us £3.50 per hour. Stayed for one night for our works winter party. (Bar service was very expensive £3 for a small bottle of coke and...

Booked an afternoon tea whilst staying at the hotel on the 15/04/17 as a special treat attending Rick Astley at the Symphony Hall The 1st issue was the Decaf Coffee, it was terrible! (although I had been advised this was the case) lucky for me I had my own sachets in my bag, so I used them 2nd issue was...

Currently staying at this fairly standard Hyatt. Front desk and breakfast good, but its the small things that let it down - twice they missed my wake up call, and last night room service took over an hour to arrive.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Birmingham. It is close to all amenities. the staff are pleasant. The gym facilities are good and it has a decent sauna and steam room. Parking is a slight issue as the car park was full.

The Hyatt was even better than expected. There is no better place to stay for Symphony Hall, it's across the road and there is a secure multi-storey car park five minutes walk away. The building is impressive from the outside, inside it is comfortable, pleasant human proportions throughout, food good and available at all times. Staff very friendly, warm and...

Arrived for a one night stay, reception staff were really excellent and friendly. Had a lovely room on the 24th floor, a choice of view too. Room was nice and clean, the bathroom was a little tired. Other than that everything was good. We ate in the 'pub' and food was really nice. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed in this hotel in March 2017 as I was attending a Microsoft Conference at the NEC. Location was great, could walk to most places in the city centre, and the price was reasonable. The room was good and large and the view was of the city. Bar prices in the hotel were high, but not more than you would...

Perfect for everywhere in Birmingham. We stayed over Easter and it was very busy but the staff were still great and the food lush. 20 min walk to the bullring. Right next door to symphony hall and the canals
