We stayed here for one night while visiting Cadbury World. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Katherine. She showed us all around down stairs to settle my childrens nerves about staying in a strange place, we usually stay in big chains to try keep it all the same as my eldest has autism but I think after...

Stayed here one night but it will be my accommodation of choice in Birmingham in the future. Large clean nicely appointed room, with very large ensuite bathroom, hot shower. Bed was comfy, desk and tv provided. There was a mirror on the wall at standing height above the desk, if I had any constructive criticism it would be to provide...

We stayed one night when visiting the NEC and were welcomed with open arms. Throughout everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and set us up for the day!

To be honest, it was by chance that we stayed here! Will never stay anywhere else if I'm in that area! The owner Terry, recommended a restaurant and then drove us down there so that we didn't need to take a car and could have a glass of wine!!! How kind?! Katherine his wife is fab too, breakfast is incredible....

This B & B was a true find. Katherine the owner couldn't have been more friendly or done enough for myself and my daughter during our stay. My daughter and I stayed in a double room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, made even better with the plush feather pillows and duvet. After a great...

This family run hotel is a real find. Katherine who runs it, contacted me directly as I had booked on-line and requested a late check in. She was so friendly on the phone. When we did check in, I was greeted almost like a family member. Guests are treated as friends and there are clearly many regulars! My room was...

One of the best breakfasts we've ever had, staff very friendly and attentive (twice offered additional toast over brekky!). Loses one star because the pillows were far too soft and flat, we kept having to readjust throughout the night.

The owners couldn't have been more friendly. They even dropped us off at a local restaurant. The first time I've stayed in a B & B for 10 years or so. Had my reservations as I'm very much used to the corporate hotels nowadays. Needn't have worried and would recommend this place if visiting the NEC.

This friendly B&B is an absolute find, homely, welcoming and just can't be beaten to be honest! I really can't recommend it enough. We travelled daily to the NEC without any issues, there is a good choice of local very good restaurants for the evening and on evening we were too tired we were allowed to have a takeaway delivered...
