Booked to stay at the Hilton for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Genting Arena. The only positive of this hotel is how close it is to this location. When we arrived the room was boiling hot, we soon realised that our air - con unit was broken and reported it to reception

Great vicinity for Resorts World. Had couple of niggles with initial service received & spoke to one of Duty Managers, Jack. He took time to listen & immediately sorted. Stayed in Exec Room which was more than adequate & had access to Exec Lounge as added bonus. Fab breakfast.

I am not sure but the staff s the Train station can be helpful if you ask them. Otherwise write save the hotel number in your phone or write it in your notebook. If not call them while you are at home before you see out.
