Aside from the clear cosmetic issues at the hotel, fittings hanging off the walls, a strange smell in the corridors etc, their electrics are also in disrepair. My eight year old son touched the bedside light, in order to angle it, and a large flash and bang occurred, and it blew all the electrics. The duty manager was largely unconcerned...

If you are traveling and just want to rest indoors for few hours or if you don't mind poor standard place for a night this is your place. On the plus side very cheap. So in a nut shell it's a cheap quick stop place.

On arrival thought ok looks basic, reception seemed positive. Then entering the corridors cleanliness wasn't great. The room, the price I paid I wasn't expecting luxury or anything spectacular. However not many...

Filthy rooms. When my family and I arrived we were initially given a shoddy filthy room at the back of the building on the top floor. It was dirty , the TV was hanging off the wall, so was the toilet cistern. We went straight to reception and given another room on the first floor, a lot better, but still...

I stayed here last year saw the room and wanted to leave straight away there was stains on the sheets, chewing gum on the wardrobe and much more was denied a refund. And went to stay at the premier Inn down the street. Save you're time and book there.

Shame on the council for letting this place operate. Booked this due to very expensive prices elsewhere as springfair was at the NEC. Booked for 3 nights left after 1 and went to another hotel. In one word disgusting not a hotel a hostel at best dirty, noisy an absolute disgrace - in 20 years of contracting one of the...

Radiator\ water pipes rattles non stop. Staff could do with customer service training. Loads of tea and coffee in room but all the cups were dirty....
