I recently made the mistake of staying at this hotel. Big mistake. I had a visitor coming to see me & we were stopped at the reception. I asked what the problem was, to which the reception manager replied "we do not allow guests at this hotel". I was shocked & extremely embarrassed by this and was pretty sure I...

What can I say about the place. We had a Disgusting room, mould on showercurtain along with hairs around shower base and main carpet, crumbs in the bed, holes and dirt on walls and doors. Some one needs to go in and inspect this place, the dirt is unbelievable. After mentioning at reception about the room, Nothing I don't think...

I had struggled to find a hotel at short notice that could cater for our needs. Luckily (or so I thought) the Norfolk showed (and let me book) a double (for the...

We stayed in 2 groups and had 2 separate rooms. The first room we went to are the photos, the toilet was unflushed, there seemed to be what look like dried snot on the door, hairs on the bed, plaster hanging off the wall. It also looked like the hotel had started painting the room another colour but gave up...

Gee, what a dump. We stayed here for one night and thank goodness that was all it was for. As you walk in you think - cool. You go up to your room and you smell a damp, musky odour. You see dirty decor and carpets and you pass people who look as if the social have put them up...

I've stayed in hundreds of Hotels, and this was the worst ever. The room was disgusting. Couldn't say any more as insufficient room on this form. Clearly the management pay no heed to Tripadvisor reviews. Council should come and inspect this place soon....
