Recently stayed at the Hilton, which is situated very close to broad street and a host of restaurants. Hotel quality is good and room met expectations. Friendly staff all round and they even returned my phone to me when I didn't even know it went missing!

Stayed here for our wedding Anniversary for the third time and couldn't fault anything with this Hotel. Room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. We parked in the underground car park but it is quite tight so if you want some room park in the q car park a bit further on. This Hotel...

The Hilton Garden Inn is at the end of Brindley Place where there are many restaurants, and is very conveniently situated within walking distance to the convention centre. Fantastic that as a Hilton Honors member one is given the opportunity to check in and select your room on line prior to arrival.

I stayed here as it is ideally located in Birmingham for meeting friends. I had checked in via the app before hand in order to make the process quicker. As an Honour member I went to the designated check in as I thought this would be quicker. I was greeted pleasantly enough and informed the woman I had checked in...

This is quite a good hotel, situated near canalside and a few minutes walk from new street station. Right in front of the hotel, there are always taxis and the q car park is literally just around the corner. The icc, sea life center and various pubs and restaurants are only just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself is...

It's a very nice Garden Inn - service at the front desk was nice and we were offered early check in which was very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was being renovated but the restaurant did a good job at accomodating people in the lobby. Location is good as well, close to town and lot's of things happening around the area....

The hotel was immaculate, staff efficient and friendly. From the minute we walked in to the hotel lobby it felt inviting and somewhere I wanted to stay. The room was slightly smaller than expected, especially as we paid for an upgrade, however it was clean and very comfortable.

Stayed here with a colleague and this is a great hotel. The location is good, great facilities and a good breakfast. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and I would certainly recommend. There is free wifi which works well. My one complaint would be over parking charges but then it is a city centre location.
