Stayed one night whilst in Birmingham to watch Richard Ashcroft. Ideal hotel for the Arena and shops and restaurants around the mailbox and bullring. Hotel very clean with friendly reception staff. Room was a good size and had all mod cons. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Birmingham

We have stayed here a few times now. The location is great, plenty of choice around you for restaurants and bars. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The staff are brilliant and could not do more for you. Will be returning again in the near future.

Excellent location to be in the middle of bars, restaurants and high end stores. Adjacent to canals that thread there way through the city center. Walking distance from the International Convention Center and the Sea Life Center. Due to the location there is the occasional late night noise. Hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent and the staff were as friendly...

Shame we couldn't have stayed longer. We only had one night to go and see Bruno Mars at the Barclaycard arena, a lovely walk from the hotel along the canal tow path. Our view from room 522 wasn't great, overlooking roof tops, but we got a really good nights sleep as I think we were on the quieter side of...

I stayed in this hotel with friends for my hen weekend as it is central within Birmingham for a lot of the bars and restaurants. It is in a fab location and is very clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and the shower was huge. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely...

The hotel was great, clean and well appointed. Breakfast very good and the bar staff excellent particularly the F &B Manager and his deputy. Why would anybody not have double glazing when located directly over a hugely attended eating and watering hole. It was like the folk were in the bedroom. Spoiling the ship for a half'pence of tar. Not...
