Was given a room with a balcony on the 24th floor. View on both sides was amazing with table & chairs outside as well. Don't think I've ever stayed in a non suite room as big. All facilities excellent and modern. Very good bar with USB chargers. Huge breakfast but fried eggs and bacon over cooked (was in a hurry...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We were in Birmingham to meet up with our son and to go to the theatre. Found hotel OK on second time round. Advised by reception that our car wasn't suitable for the car park, which confused the hell out of my husband as it's a bog standard sort of car. However, as it was the Saturday we parked on...

Good modern hotel with all usual facilities and friendly staff. Well situated with interesting canal side walks in this re developed area of the city. Would suggest avoiding the automated (and expensive) car park, as on my visit there were problems both storing and retrieving cars which was both inconvenient and time consuming.

Great location for show, theatres and reasonably close to New Street Station - approx 5 minute walk. Modern building with good sized rooms and views over Birmingham. Great space on top floor for the restaurant but too many tables spoil this. Great bar but it closes so early at11PM. I like the Indigo brand and have always had good experiences...

Stayed for 1 night in the king room on 23rd floor which had 240 degrees of floor to ceiling windows with a complimentary mini bar. Very friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast served on 25th floor which isn't buffet. You only choose one item from their menu which is then served to your table. Great location to city centre

I've stayed at the hotel before and visited Marcos many times! Unfortunately this visit was a slight let down, I booked a girly weekend for me and a friend and although we had a pretty good room rate the hotel did seem to have let its standards slip. We arrived to check in 10 min early and room wasn't ready...

My wife and I stayed for one night and found this to a be a comfortable hotel that was good value with an inclusive breakfast (when booked in advance) The room was comfortable, we didn't have any issues with noise and the location is ideal for plenty of good bars and restaurants. Reception staff were excellent, too.

I stay here once a month as I have a meeting nearby. I've had rooms on both 23rd and 24th floor and all I can say is avoid 24th floor like the plague. If you are unfortunate to get put on 24th floor, ask for earplugs when checking in. It sounded like a herd of elephants partying up above from...
