I was pleasantly-surprised with this hotel. The location is far from the NEC - it's a 15 minute drive, and it's not central either. As long as you have a car or do not mind a taxi, it is okay. I found the room very clean with facilities around. Shops and bars/restaurants are a short stroll away, and the staff...

The room was tired but functional and, most importantly, clean. Neither of the mirror lights worked (in the bathroom or room), but the rest was fine. The shower was nice, but made a lot of noise which easily travelled at least next door if not further. Wifi was free, though it cut out from time to time and you had...

Short break away as we were going to the NEC . Chose the hotel as advertised close to NEC which it was. However as we were going by train we had to get a train into the centre and another one to the NEC and ended up getting a taxi back as it finished later than expected and the last...

We stayed here for three nights while at an exhibition at the NEC and I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. Having stayed here the year before there has been a huge decline. Firstly however I have to say the staff that work there are lovely and very helpful but I think they need some support from the owners....

Really well connected hotel with excellent facilities, located next to Acocks Green Station and therefore good links to City and Jewellery Quarter . Located near the airport and NEC. Would recommend for visitors to city and tourists etc

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was most welcoming. nothing was too much trouble and even though I arrived late they still managed to provide dinner. the room was on the second floor and i found it really quiet and cosy. the breakfast in the morning is...

I was for second time in this hotel and this time it was again a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Like previous time I enjoyed the breakfasts- very tasty and very quick service. Would recommend the hotel to other travelers to Birmingham.

I stayed at this hotel after a flight back from Germany on business - did not arrive until around 11.00pm, and when I drove past the hotel I could tell it was not going to be a good experience. People smoking outside at 11pm both front and back of the hotel and the reception is very dark and dingy (looks...
