Good position, Comfortable room. Reasonable value. No problems. The room was a little cool on entering but warmed up in good time. Had to ask for extra towel and hairdryer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I always stay in this Travelodge when in Birmingham. Super central and great value. comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The bull ring is less than five minutes away for shopping and this is opposite moor street station.

Stayed here for one night. Room was basic but clean. Didn't think much of my view and the lorry reversing that woke me up about 5am. Comfortable bed, decent facilities but shame no restaurant. Close to the centre with plenty of options for food & drink. Easy to find from the station.

On the good side, it's very central, 5 minutes walk from New Street station and next to Moor Street station. The staff were also good and the room comfortable and clean. The downs. Noisy. Why Travelodge don't insulate the windows of their city centre hotels (like Premier Inn) is beyond me! I was kept awake by sirens, birds the street...

So basic it was shocking. Two tiny pots of milk, so effectively one cup of tea each. Very noisy location throughout the night and very ominous gangs around the environs of the hotel. Moaning? You pay £153 for this then say I'm moaning. Truly dreadful

It does what people say: cheap, boxy, city-centre accommodation. It was clean enough but a cubicle of a room with bad TV reception, paid-for but non-functioning wi-fi, and a kettle that didn't work. Breakfast was a box of pre-packaged rubbish. If this is all my company thinks of me, I need a new job! On the plus side, the double...

This review was written after my fifth (at least) visit to this hotel over some years. The building is found on Carrs Lane, northwest of Birmingham Moor Street Rail Station and near to the main High Street. It is also a short walk to the Bullring shopping centre and not far from the Hippodrome theatre. As this is central city...

Use all the big chains regularly. Travelodge is definitely upping its game again this last year or so. This place was spotless and a perfect location of our needs. Staff had even left the heater on to keep the room from freezing on a winters day. Peaceful sleep in a very comfy room. Tiny niggle was the bath water temperature...

Fantastic never felt better. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Even though my room was near the train station I didn't hear the trains at all. The room was very tidy and made me feel relax
