A Friendly, bubbly receptionist, greeted us and made us feel welcome, giving us lots of information, targeted for our over night stay, spacey room, comfy beds, clean bathroom, toasty warm, perfect location, great value for money. Can highly recommend this.

Stayed in Birmingham loads of times but 1st time at Moor Street. Will definitely be back. Great location as 2 minutes from shops and bars. Staff very welcoming and happy. Room very clean and everything in good working order. Thank you.

"Do get a room facing Birmingham Moor Street Station (not by the loading bays). It's more quieter."
"5th floor was good for us"
"I can't imagine there are any good rooms!"
