Good location and friendly staff. Freezing cold - we couldnt shower in the morning as the bathroom was unbearably cold and we had to put our coats on at 2am and slept in coats as the room was so cold!More

Perfect location, trains and shops, Christmas market.....well recommended. Large, clean, comfortable rooms , 2 minute walk to Moor St station, 5 mins to New St. 2 minutes to shops, restaurants and Christmas market. Friendly staff , great accommodation. Will be back next December!

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
