Great location for new street and Moor street station also minutes from city center. Friendly staff on reception. Room as expected and clean and comfortable. No bar or food here but close to amenities and tesco express right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Bookings were across 2 hotels, they did everything they could and successfully transferred one room across and placed us in rooms next to each other. Extremely friendly and understanding staff and I highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my sister stayed here when we travelled to Birmingham to see Kasabian. Donna and the reception team were extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and it's bang smack in the middle of town at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Noisy room with no view. Unless you like the back of retail units. Reported safety concerns over loose socket and kettle lead plug not screwed together. Advised these would be fixed but weren't. Reception apologised over noise but just shrugged it off as "Oh well"....More

Hotel was perfect location for city centre shopping and local drinks. We were there for the Christmas markets so was great for dropping off shopping. Staff were lovely and friendly. There was a 24 hour tesco next door which was very useful. Would stay again

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
