Another fabulous lunch at the Eaton for our luncheon club. 130 attended and nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to the Banqueting manager Robert who always gives us excellent service along with his team of waiters and waitresses. Also a thank you to the chef for an excellent meal.

Had a fantastic night at this lovely hotel for my husbands 65th birthday/retirement party. The staff at the hotel are so attentive, every detail was taken care of making the planning of this surprise party for my husband a total success. Mr Robert Martin had everything under control helped me with menu, DJ and arranging the room to suit us....

Second visit as the last was so good. Different room, just as clean, tidy, well prepared. Could have done with a couple more teabags/milk cartons but note there's a charge for asking for more. No room service or bar food at weekends - but you ARE in the midst of it all and you can nip out for food. Staff...

We stay in the Eaton for reasons that it is near a hospital I visit regularly but it is central to many attractions in Birmingham and a stylish, friendly small hotel which is clean and which serves good food. There is adequate free parking and the area is well lit.I will always stay here when possible in the next two years that...

Lovely reception staff. Rooms small but adequate. Great beds and en suites. No air con, no glasses in rooms. The cooked breakfast was first class, one of the best I've had. Free parking is a bonus, but you'll need to spend £5-7 on cabs to and from the city centre.

If you want an excellent for any special occasion this is the place to come. The food is always excellent and the staff are pleasant and well trained. Some of the staff have been with the Eaton for many years and I think this shows that is it is also a good place to work. I would recommend this restaurant...

Although large the room was mediocre to poor in terms of quality. The radiator thermostat was broken (constantly on full).. and because of the road noise, had to keep windows shut. Had to ask for bath towels. Otherwise staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely old Hotel which is quite appealing. Only a couple of miles from the City Centre and in an Uber makes it cheap to get into the City and back again. We had a great welcome, our room was nicely decorated with everything there you would need. The only draw back was the floors are very creaky and you hear...

This was the price paid for a 4 night booking which I couldn't keep. I was in hospital for major surgery and booked for my wife to be near. I looked for this booking to cancel it, but couldn't find it, so presumed it had been cancelled. Reception said they phoned me, but of course I was in hospital. It...
