My husband and I stayed from April 6th to 9th. The room was probably the smallest I've ever stayed in, but once over that surprise it was actually big enough. Good bathroom. Everything very clean. The staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The only thing stopping an 'excellent' review was the cost - 106 pounds a night.

This hotel is going through a large upgrade - another 35 rooms (I believe) being built on. The existing rooms are going to be renovated, but if my room was anything to go by, they are in a poor state of repair. All I can say is the room was clean.

Only stayed for one night as part of a work trip the room was a tad on the small side but was fully kitted out and did the job perfectly. The main thing stuck in my memory was the door to the room was very small and narrow. On a serious note only thing I'd change was the start time...

A birthday weekend in Stratford-Upon-Avon so we booked into the Bridge Street Premier inn. We had stayed here a couple of times before and enjoyed our previous visits. We started off in Room 242. Instead of the usual vented heating syste in the ceiling it had a heat pump on the wall. Little did we know that it would come...

Good location for canal area and very pleasant staff. Building work being carried out at the moment but not too much inconvenience to our stay. Reception were very helpful at all times and the breakfast staff were all very pleasant. Rooms have seen better days but it looks like there getting a facelift in future. The hotel its self is...

A nice PI. Restaurant with views onto the canals. Short walk to ICC and other venues. Staff friendly and helpful. Location quiet but had to move rooms due to ongoing low level noise in the room. I thought was extractor fan stuck on? It clearly wasn't as the same noise coming from an electrical cupboard happened in my new room....

Firstly, the location of this hotel is excellent with amenities within close walking distance. However, as a regular premier Inn customer I am sad to say this is the worse Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in and as a result will not be returning as a customer. The rooms were clean but in need of an update and...

Hi Julie I'm sorry to hear there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I've asked the Operations Manager to pick this up with the Housekeeping team directly. With regards to the plug sockets, you'll be pleased to know that we're placing them next to the beds in our new hotels. You'll also find them in some of our newly...

Had we realised the extent of the building work we would not have stayed at this particular Inn. As other reviewers have said it is very convenient for the shops, train station and the concert hall where we were going. The entrance is not clearly marked especially in the dark and even the taxi driver didn't know where to drop...

This dilapidated and tired hotel is a building site too - which they don't mention when booking. The dated and worn out rooms have paper thin walls - not only can you hear people talking next door you can actually hear every word perfectly clearly. Just the job when you're trying to sleep and the builder staying in the next...
