The Premier Inn is about 25 minutes walk from New Street (1.9 miles). The rooms are standard Premier Inn fare. Clean, neat and fit for purpose. The restaurant was below par. A colleague and I had not booked dinner in advance (as trains were cancelled at New Street due to gales). The restaurant was full. We were told there was...

I had to explain what details the receptionist needed to take to take from me for my discount card. She then went and got the manager he reiterated what I had told her. No breakfast times were mentioned. The manager and receptionist could see I was struggling with my young daughter and all our stuff and yet neither offered to...

Our two night stay included an evening meal and breakfast both mornings - the food was really tasty and filling. It was our first time at this Premier Inn but it was as clean and comfortable as we would expect and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I normally stay at Premier Inn due to their good night guarantee sleep policy however this time when we complaint about this with the staff they were not really helpful and I am disappointed by the efforts taken by the staff to resolve our concerns .

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting daughter at uni, ideal location and ample parking. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff and a very comfy bed. Will be booking again next time we visit. You can rely on premier inn.

Arrived early and decided to see if we could check in on the off chance. The gentleman on Reception was so helpful and managed to juggle some rooms about so that we could get in early. Room clean and quiet....few issues such as the smaller guest bed not being made up properly (sheet just draped over) and the shower gel...

We decided to combine a Business Trip with a family trip to Cadbury World and wanted a hotel with good Motorway links and a walk or bus away from The Birmingham Thinktank and Shops. This hotel meet these requirements and whilst being on a busy road it is one of the quietest Premier Inns I've been to. As always with...

After a very friendly check in by the amiable Jenny we enjoyed the smell of fresh carpet in this recently refurbished Premier Inn on the way to our room which was up to the usual smart, clean and presentable standard. The city centre was a pleasant 10 minute walk through Aston University campus. Another Jenny, breakfast team leader, was extra...
