This was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and they have a car park for 4 pounds a night which is good. The car park is secure. Hotel is situated in good area and everything was about a 10 min drive if that. Very close by to everything . Would stay here again

Practical, clean and comfortable with good parking. My special request at booking was taken into account when my room was allocated which was appreciated. Slightly higher price than I would normally pay but think there was an event in BHX so limited hotel availability near the airport

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2017. We took advantage of the meal deal, which we thought was good value for money. (Breakfast, full English, 2course dinner and a drink with your meal) the rooms are really nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

One of the great things about Premier Inn is that you know what you're getting. Yes, the rooms look the same from one hotel to another, but the beds are always comfy and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Exactly what we needed for a two-day trip, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast was the cherry on the cake. We booked this...

I had called that day to ensure our rooms and keys would be ready as we were checking in late that night, we had been performing at the City of Birmingham Symphony Hall. On arrival the desk staff were obviously having a problem with everything. We could not get our room keys and the desk staff had to let us...

Before I start my review I just want to make it clear that I've always flown the Premier Inn flag. Over the last twenty years if my wife and I have ever gone for a weekend away then we've always used our favourite hotel chain. Why? Well I don't like surprises and with Premier Inn you know what you're going...

The premier inn was exactly as advertised, a premier inn. We walked from New street station which took about 30 minutes, bit of a weird route via foot. The stay was decent, sleep was good, food was alright - nothing amazing but good value for the money,

A group of us stayed a Saturday night at this hotel and thought the hotel was excellent. All staff were very helpful, rooms were well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We didn't eat dinner but all had breakfast which was good quality and good value with a wide range of options. We had to pay for parking but it...

I stayed at this hotel as I was working nearby. This is another example of a poorly managed Premier Inn. I stay in Premier inns all year round at so many different locations. I choose Premier Inn as there is usually a certain standard that this chain provides almost every time. Unfortunately this is one of the minority that is...
