From poor service at dinner with incompetent waiters to no hot water to shower in the morning, to overcooked (and over priced) evening meal, to a breakfast buffet that was nearly empty, it was a dreadful place to stay.

Stayed here for 1 night on Saturday 2nd May 2015 with my wife and 5 year old daughter. Hotel was reasonably easy to find and parking plentiful, though I did note that the car park was full early next morning. Check-in was slow, through no fault of the hotel, as a large party on a hen-do had turned up moments...

Stayed here with my daughter and her two friends on Tuesday night. I had booked along with the "meal deal" not realising the restaurent is very small and we should have booked the time of our meal before arriving as they were very busy and couldn't cater for us at the time we wanted. We decided to eat out and...

The hotel and it's facilities are of a very good standard but it's the genuine friendliness of the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. A tranquil hotel that buzzes with warmth, welcome and positive vibes.

Being our first time in the city we were not really sure how far we were from the town or what was available nearby for food. We discussed this with the receptionist who just informed us that we...

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and very quiet. Beds are superb. It is a stop-over hotel so the bar is small. They did make mistakes with food but didn't really bother us and if you are the type to let small errors ruin your stay, you can probably afford a more expensive, fussy hotel. Nevertheless...
