Make sure you book a room as high up in hotel as possible as the noise from Broad St is terrible until 4 - 5am. Breakfast was awful with no seating available, food not replenished fast enough with very low grade ingredients. Sausages and scrambled eggs are the worst I've ever had. Better off not booking for breakfast and going...

Great hotel in the heart of Broad Street. Walked up from new street station enjoying the Christmas market on the way. The location was great for going out in the evening too! Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The only reason that the hotel didn't get 5 stars is that the...

Really nice hotel well placed for the centre . A like bit hectic outside later at night Just felt the size of reception/ number of lifts/ breakfast area were not quite adequate to support a full hotel No complaints at all about the accommodation / food / staff so overall I would recommend it as a good base for a...

This is a comfortable hotel and our room was very nice. We had a comfortable bed and a nice pleasant bathroom, with shower (although it could have done with having a better water pressure). The staff were very welcoming and, whilst we didn't use it, the restaurant area (for breakfast) seemed nice. However, the reason that I can only rate...

Just returned from weekend spent enjoying the German Christmas Market. Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly, rooms modern and quiet. Best bits about the hotel is that the car park is 2 minutes round the corner (3.50 per day) and St Pauls tram stop is directly behind the hotel. This meant for £2 return we could save our energy to...

We have stayed previous and thought it was OK, unfortunately standards have slipped badly and the management are a disgrace. Breakfast is dreadful, a bun fight, not enough seating, no cutlery, coffee/tea machines empty and a lack of tables being cleared. The place is under staffed and badly managed. Experienced the worst customer service ever..... Our in room safe became...

Plus: the location is good for the Barclaycard Arena. The rooms are refurbished and clean. Spacious bathroom with fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Minus: Reception is on the 3rd floor along with the bar and breakfast area. The queues at 2pm to check-in were long (the hotel was fully booked)although fairly efficient. Breakfast is a help yourself with a tray. The...

Writing this as I'm staying here. Only pro's are the central location and good rooms. Breakfast was horrible, I'm talking about the hot breakfast. Sausages were gross, scrambled eggs had jelly like texture and tasteless, bacon was meh! I ate so little of it all... Our sleep was interrupted by loud plumbing noises...I imagine this was from the neighbouring rooms...

My partner and I stayed for one night and the hotel couldn't have been more than ideal. £10 for one car for 24 hours which is reasonable, with plenty of spaces. I didn't find the hotel car park was well signed (only knew where it was because I Google Mapped it before we arrived). Checked in promptly - room 621...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting the Christmas Markets. At first sight the hotel appears a little shabby but the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. With breakfast included you cannot go wrong for the price.
