I stayed here last night after going to see a concert at the Barclaycard Arena. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the arena and even closer to all the bars and restaurants around the canal area. The bathroom was far superior to a Premier inn bathroom, having a full shower enclosure rather than a curtain over...

Staff were great, room cleanliness etc was fine but hotel is surrounded by very loud bars/clubs so difficult to sleep and unsafe to walk to by yourself. If you're going to ICC there are several other hotels much nearer. Check in was extremely cramped and difficult.

We stayed here for one night as we went to Pet Shops Boys gig at Barclaycard Arena. This hotel is within walking distance about 10 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and our room which we requested was not ready but the girl at reception still fulfilled our request of a room on the 16th floor just not...

I would like to know which idiot made the decision to carry on regardless when the fire alarm is sounding. I always thought if the fire alarm sounds you should evacuate the building. However in this hotel they carry on serving at the bar & guests are told "leave if you want to." With excuses ranging from " we only...

Only stayed one night for a business conference and it was very comfortable! Amazing double stand up shower with great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable! Slept like a baby! The staff were all very friendly. And breakfast in the morning was a continental and quite delicious.

I have no issue with the hotel as far as rooms, facilities all was clean and every thing you require. The issue is the hotels approach to fire safety. After being in bed for a couple of hours due to my friend being taken ill we were awoken at 11pm by the fire alarm as we were on the eleventh...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your observations, and we are sincerely sorry that we were unable to reassure you that our emergency procedures were the priority of the team in most unfortunate circumstances. Regrettably the alarm was activated by the breakage of an emergency call point which took time to resolve albeit the team were...
