We stayed at the Hampton because we needed to go to a concert at the O2 Academy and this one was not too far, available at an affordable price and breakfast was included. It took us a while to understand how to use the lift (especially when you're at the very top floor and you are not in the mood...

Good central location and it has parking, which is an advantage. Disabled rooms are very nice and spacious, but entry into the hotel is poor. There is a disabled lift, but very slow to react. Lifts are erratic and key card needed for your floor. Breakfast was ok, but more premier or travel lodge. No daily papers. No true restaurant....

2 night stay at this hotel midweek limited food choice on the menu, and some items not available had a burger te 2nd night which was poor quality disinterested staff on check-in and inability to resolve a basic issue with room maintenance

Central air conditioning in the rooms is quite loud, and you can't turn this off. Great location for the price. Convenient parking and easily accessible and only £10 per night. Hotel staff welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here due to its location and specifically to attend an exhibition. Check in was straightforward. The room was lovely; nice comfy bed, hot showers, tea and coffee making facilities (although never enough milk; when will someone listen!!). We arrived late on Friday night and just wanted a quick nightcap before heading off to bed. It took reception staff...

Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your recent visit, and we welcome all feedback. To confirm we place milk sufficient for 2 hot drinks for 2 guests in the room as standard, and hope you can appreciate waste by placing excessive amounts that risk being contaminated, would also increase costs and therefore prices. However we hold additional stock at the...

The plus was that the room was clean and the bed comfortable, but no bath. The breakfast was VERY busy, people were having to wait to find a...

Dear Guest Thank you for your valued impressions, and we are naturally disappointed that our hotel was not to your taste. Good modern hotel close to the city centre and the Christmas markets! It's a modern clean hotel very busy but the rooms were really quiet, especially on the 16th floor. Breakfast was super busy but once you got to the food it was excellent. Car parking is easy below the hotel and very cheap at £10 per day. Highly recommended...

The hotel was really good. Despite being busy I never heard any noise from other rooms when I was in my bedroom. Comfortable room with everything you need and great shower. Breakfast was relaxed with a good variety of food. Loved the waffle maker!! Overall was very impressed with the hotel and will use again when in Birmingham.
