Stayed for one night in one of the standard rooms and while it was small it had everything you could want - coffee maker drinks and snacks to buy good toiletries and a fabulous bed. Not sure you would want to stay more than two nights in a small room you might end up killing each other. Really stylish decor...

A friend and I stayed at the Hotel Du Vin for 2 nights last week. It was great to stay in a boutique style hotel that's a bit different from the usual. We ate in the Bistro on the first evening and the food was excellent. The hotel has one of the best breakfast menus we have had anywhere before...

Our party of four enjoyed Sunday lunch at HdV - a four course affair for £24.99. First of all I have to say that we all like the restaurant but have never stayed in the hotel so this review is simply about that. The restaurant was about two thirds full when we arrived at 1.00 pm for our pre-booked lunch....

Visited this Hotel for a meal as part of a deal with the Electric Cinema in Birmingham, whereby we saw a film and then was coached across the City to this Hotel. The meal was very nice, I had breast of chicken in a sauce (can't remember what the sauce was!) and a lovely lemon tarte for desert. During the...

Love this brand of hotel, but it is inconsistent across the UK. Stayed here in April 2015 for an early business meeting the next day near by. This place offers a great bar with plenty of choice. Love the pistachio nuts with a glass of something cold! Brilliant breakfast with good customer service. Never had to ask twice for anything....

I visited here with my girlfriends for afternoon tea, the service was extremely slow to begin with and unfortunately it continued that way. My friend who is a vegetarian wasn't given a separate plate of sandwiches. When I queried this, as I had told when I booked that one was a vegetarian, the waitress pointed out the veggie sandwiches on...

Dear Katie I am so sorry to hear about your experience for Afternoon Tea. I'm not sure if you shared your disappointment with my colleagues on the day so that we could do something about it but I would very much like to do so now if that's possible. Please get in touch. tony.elvin@hotelduvin.com Best regards and apologies once again,...

Dear Roger Thank you for taking the time to post a review on TripAdvisor. I'm so sorry to hear that the experience was so disappointing, especially as you were celebrating a Birthday and this had been acknowledged with the special Birthday plate. The reason we ask what you would like, despite booking a day earlier, is because there are so...
