Receptionist miserable and cold hearted. The curtains are stained and thin. Looked horrible! The bathroom had NO heating so was absoloutely freezing. The only good thing about the hotel was the distance from the Bullring via Uber

Where to start...... Freezing cold in the rooms even though this was supposedly an upgraded room. Splatters and stains on walls, damp, water stains. Beds divan style with wafer thin pillows. The radiator is not at all adequate for the size of the room, does not provide hardly any heat! Had to go to bed in our coats! Windows are...

The hotel is very reasonably prices and the outcome is proportionate. I had a good nights sleep aside from a Friday and Saturday when there were some noisy guests. The hotel moved me to a quieter room. Some rooms need to be changed for one reason or another e.g. broken heater. The room was clean and functional.

It's a no star dump. Live wires hanging out in 4 rooms we saw, doors kicked in, beds with foam for mattresses, no fire alarms (they were taped up), freezing cold, lights broken along most of the corridors (probably so you couldn't see the junk all over the floor) & no staff cared. If this is the last room in...

We got put the lift to dirty rubbish strewn carpet...

I booked the hotel well in advance, knowing the area as I park nearby quite often. I hadn't been in the hotel before though and was mostly attracted by the low price. The building from the outside is attractive, and the foyer is clean, bright and welcoming. It was quite late and only one person was working reception, so it...

I know it's cheap so I didn't expect much but on opening the room the panel heater was on the floor with the wall fixings hanging out of it. Then the TV had no remote and none of the buttons on it worked. We were straight off out to a gig so I reported these issues to reception on our...
