The staff were exceptional, and the hotel clean, comfortable, well priced, and it was very well situated for the centre of Birmingham. It also had every convenient free disabled parking. We loved it and would gladly stay there again.

Reception helpful and gave me a quiet room on request despite hotel fully booked. Restaurant food was good and attentive waiting staff. A bit of a wait for the food but complimentary appitiser while we waited for the starter.
