reception staff were well informed and professional. Location of the hotel is close enough to most things you'll need to visit in Birmingham. the Restaurant was an OK experience. Furniture and decore need renovating.More

4 of us stay here for 1 night . The room were very clean and the bed were very nice.and they staff were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them at all. Not far from city centre and about 20 min from cadbury world.

There is a car park right next to it, with hotel booking, has discount. You can also park on street and use meters - quite a lot of traffic police around the back so would recommend if you need to park it during the day. I... More
