I stayed here on business for a couple of nights in December. The room was spacious and very clean and I liked the fact that there was an area to sit and relax whilst watching the television rather than sprawling on the bed. I had a room overlooking the busy road but noise was not an issue at all. The...

I've stayed here before and was happy enough that I returned. It's ideal for meetings in Birmingham and close to New Street Station. It's worth a walk up to the restaurants and bars near the canal but you have to negotiate some interesting areas in between. However what struck me with this visit was a lack of staff and attentiveness...

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for my birthday. It's very close to the Mailbox, train station & the Bullring so is very convenient. We booked an executive room which was clean & on the 17th floor so the view was impressive. We had booked breakfast for the next day which was buffet style (waiters brought tea or coffee) well...

The rooms are very clean, and have an executive feel to them. Very classy and feels that staff really focus on details. Front desk very helpful and friendly, and the food was just delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was spacious - although i expected more a little luxury i wasnt wow'd i have had similar rooms for cheaper. However the location is perfect if you plan on spending the day shopping. Bullring is a 5-10min walk and you can also step out of New street train station and its the same distance walk to hotel. Only...

We stayed here on the night of our wedding as part of the wedding package. We had our room upgraded to a suite which was very luxurious and even had rose petals on the bed!! There were two toilets and a very large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. Breakfast was good although nothing special. The reason I...

He had an overnight stay while visiting the theatre. We had a room on the 16th floor. The room was comfortably equipped, and although the bed linen was clean, the room itself and especially the bathroom was grubby. The sound proofing was good and we had an uninterrupted nights sleep. We paid for breakfast, which was a standard, if lacklustre...

Stayed here for two night for a treat and to celebrate in Birmingham with friends. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn't of done more if asked. Check in was quick and easy and the views from our room were amazing. The room itself was dated and we did find items belonging to previous guests. The room itself...
