Bed was very uncomfortable. Room cold. No one explained the need for the key for electricity. Had to sort out ourselves. We had big event the next morning and didn't feel we were on form due to lack of sleep.

Hi there, Breakfast is an additional cost, I believe is around £8/£9 per person. You can either prepay during check in, or pay the following morning. Personally, I don't think it's worth the cost. There are several cafes/restaurants around the area that offer higher quality breakfasts, for similar prices or cheaper. Whereas PI breakfasts tend to use cheaper cuts of meat and can leave you feeling a little sick due to the fat/oil content.
