We wished to visit the Caravan/Motorhome show at the NEC. As the temporary campsite was full we needed an hotel. The Premier is ideally located so we booked. Very busy hotel but well handled by staff. As always at Premier room was good, bed very comfortable and food excellent. Couple of minor glitches the connecting door was open our side...

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights while working at the NEC. Normal good room with good comfortable bed. Downside no mirror over the dressing table as its at the end of the room. The shower is good if you like a power shower on full as it doesn't adjust. 😪. Breakfast was just okay as the hot...

This hotel falls short of what you expect from a premier inn. They know it gets busy with its easy connection to both the NEC and the Airport. However we were greeted with rude staff who didn't explain the Premier Inn brand on check in like they should, she was too busy chewing gum and wanting to get us through....

Premier Inn have again delivered great accommodation near to Birmingham Airport/NEC. The hotel was quiet, clean and the beds delivered a good nights sleep! We didn't eat at the restaurant, due to the previous reviews, but had pre-booked the breakfast. We had an early start so was at the front of the queue at 6:30am. The hot food appeared and...

Six of us had pre-booked for a one night stay before flying abroad on holiday. It suited us admirably...quite cheap, clean, ideal location, secure parking and with friendly and helpful staff. I can't comment on its food/restaurant as we didn't eat here, but the bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked - the shower, the kettle, TV and entry...

Very easy for access to the airport a £5 taxi ride that the hotel organised. The room as always was clean and tidy, comfy bed. The staff were very pleasant in the bar and the restaurant plus the wake up call. The burger was good, chips iffy

The Premier Inn here is of average quality but the big disappointment is the Thyme restaurant attached. I stayed here for two nights on a meal deal but both nights the person cooking....not a chef....could not produce a steak as requested I ordered medium on the first night but it was well done. The second night I ordered medium rare....

Friendly welcoming staff at check in, decent sized room with the standard comfy epic bed. Only issue with this premier inn is having to pay £6 for 24 hour parking, even though the car park is barriered and has anpr cameras.

Our room was freezing cold when we arrived but did warm up quickly after we sorted the heating out. The public areas, corridors, bars, reception were cold all the time. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom room was fine apart from our initial problems with the heating. Bed very comfy, nice linen and warm duvet. Breakfast was disappointing.Very disorganized...

I have stayed in quite a few Premier inns but by far this is the most disappointed I have been . Hotel in general needs upgrading , you can hear the occupants of room above walking across creaking floorboards & using shower . Then after 12 pm in evening staff using service area outside with noisy trollies emptying rubbish ?...
