The TV adverts say that the beds were comfy, and they weren't kidding- the bed plus the wonderfully cosy pillows meant I had one of the best nights sleep in ages. The room was nice and clean, the reception staff were very polite - yes, a nice place to stay. My only gripe was that I am registered disabled, but...

So glad we booked here for a business trip. Received such a warm welcome from the receptionist on 19/03/17. Such a warm and friendly personality. The room was spotless thanks to Zoe, really large and I had a fantastic nights sleep ready for my meeting the following day. Breakfast was great value and again the waitress was friendly, and explained...

We've just spent 2 nights here as a stop over for doing Day 1 at Cheltenham Festival - convenient for the M5. Plenty of parking available, check in was quick & friendly. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. My only gripe was that the doors were old style so you heard everybody walking past down the corridor. No...

The check in was quick and efficient, we had booked two rooms both were clean and comfortable, surprised that keys were used and not the card system for room entry. the doors to the rooms were old and ill fitting therefore allowing more noise than usual to come into the room especially during the night hearing people banging on other...

First time in a Premier Inn, usually use other chain(s) but this was more convenient on this occasion. Reception was welcoming and efficient, room spotless and quiet, bed comfortable good value. Meals at Brewer's fare were good and staff again helpful and thoughtful.

We visited here after a Cadbury World for my daughters 4th birthday. The reception staff were really friendly, in our room they had left my daughter a birthday card and Ellie the Elephant (a folded towel in the shape of an elephant) which were lovely touches. My daughter loved it as there was crayons and pictures to colour in and...

Identical as with the other hotels of this chain. The Brewer's Fare attached is very tired to say the least. Recommend trying some of the other eateries nearby area surrounding the Hollywood Bowl that are slightly more contemporary.

Truely awful room. The room was damp smelling on arrival. There were mould patches on the wall and skirting. The bathroom was awful. The shower curtain stank. The lock on the door was loose so concern about security too. Very tired Premier Inn which is in dire need of an upgrade.

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to the Birmingham South Rubery hotel. I'm very sorry to hear about the condition of your room. This isn't what we'd expect as all rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and checked prior to guests arrival so I do apologise that this didn't seem to be the case here....
