So, we were just up to do some seasonal shopping and the price seemed excellent as it was so close to the centre of Birmingham. However, upon arrival there was an altercation with the booking and they had mixed up my booking with another which is never ideal, but the staff were warm and welcoming. To be honest we weren't...

Me and my friend came to stay here for one night and it was not the greatest of starts when there was no staff around to greet us. Instead a local had to find someone for us to check in and we didn't find ourselves feeling very welcome. Our room was very dark and had a rather unusual smell..the bathroom...

We rented the apartment and a twin room for a very reasonable price. The staff were amazing and we felt really looked after. The twin room was a great size - double and a single bed. Clean and fresh. It was very noisy when people returned from their night out on the town in the early hours, but due to...

On first quick inspection everything seemed nice but when we got back in in the evening after the day out...

We were working in Paradise Circus - Birmingham, we travelled from Manchester - it has great access between the M6 & B/ham City Centre as its location is between the two. We had breakfast every morning from 6am and had a free evening meal included in price, they even...

Beds were fairly comfy, but you couldn't get to sleep anyway because of the noise (!). Loud music & shouting until about half 2 in the morning, at which point everything quietened for about 5 minutes before the shouting resumed & numerous door slamming started, this went on for at least another hour or so, could have been much longer...

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for a weekend trip to Birmingham. After reading a couple of the reviews I felt a little worried about what we may have found but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised! I had previously spoken to the Shanahans before arrival to advise that we wouldn't get to them until after 12 midnight - they...
