We stayed as part of a wedding party and my overall opinion of the hotel was lovely. We had a good sized family room which was clean although if being very critical a little bit tired Room 203. Otherwise breakfast was lovely and staff and service were great.

No central heating on, and electic heater couldn't be left on when key is out of the room . Windows covered in condensation and very draughty! The bed was not very comfy and just felt like we had been stuck in a room in the attic ! I feel the price paid for our stay wasn't reflected in the room...

We attended a wedding here on New Years Eve. The function in the Orangery was superb. The maitre D was excellent and all staff were very attentive. The small church next door for the ceremony was lovely and the church and hall compliment each other very well. Very child friendly with a good breakfast the next morning. Fantastic fireworks to...

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away. We found the hotel easy to find and our first impressions were very good. We stayed on an 'Executive Double' for just one night as a treat without children. The building is grand with lovely gardens, but once inside it seemed quite soulless.
