Poor decor and food average at best. This hotel is very dated and in need of a complete overhaul. Please be aware when booking a taxi to the airport We booked the hotel through an agent and were not using the park and ride facility. We booked a transfer to the airport for the following morning on reception, gave a...

Dirty grey and water stained concrete, overgrown with weeds and dingy. Not welcoming in any way. 60's/70's decoration, poorly maintained. Lackadaisical and scruffy staff in ill fitting uniforms, no wifi in bedrooms. Small rooms badly in need of refurbishment, stained carpets, curtains and seats. The rooms even have Cathode Ray Tube television - bearable had the remote control worked but...

I stayed here whilst visiting family in Rugby. The hotel car park is like a swimming pool with standing water filling the variety of pot holes. The check-in staff were friendly, but everything else was dire. The hotel decor is naff, dated and generally dilapidated. The hotel carpet left black marks on my jeans when I knelt to tie my...

Booked a National Holidays trip and this was the chosen hotel for the night. Looking from the outside it could do with a lot of TLC but on going inside it is a lot better. I was on the first floor and the room was good for the price, comfy beds and extra pillows, the only problem was the heating...

From the outside it is dirty.the toilets do not work.and the food could do with adding more seasoning.and the catering staff could do with makeing shore that all the tables are salt and pepper pots are full and cutlery on the tables.before seating guests.and not to water the long life cream as it doesn't taste and look good.

The title says it all, it's not even worthy of the one star I have given it. I only gave it the one star because it was a required field. The manager, was a figment of imagination, a ghost, never there when required, whatever the complaint, it was never the Hotels problem. The room we were in, was dirty, there...

Booked this hotel for overnight stay before early flight the next morning. My main reason for booking this hotel was the price I have paid twice as much to be nearer the airport. Did read some of the reviews and I do think they are unjustified considering the price of the hotel. Ok the outside is not the prettiest of...

The building is 8 floors and in typical 70's style, in need of a major re-vamp Breakfast is extra but a good hearty one can be got at the Toby Inn just down the road towards the NEC - for less than half the price a good base if going to the NEC as only 10 mins away Not bad...
