An ideal spot for a weekend get together. We are a group of six families who holiday together in the summer and meet for a winter weekend get together. Brooklands has something for everyone. Enough space for all 24 of us to eat together but places the teenagers can get together away from the adults. The pool and sauna are...

This was the perfect location for a family birthday and Christmas. The Barn is a unique venue with smart, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms en suite. It is absolutely delightful with plenty of space for people to spread out and the added bonus of an indoor heated swimming pool.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful location while visiting family. The experience was absolutely amazing. Claire was so helpful and gracious. Our room was lovely and cozy. The main reception/kitchen area was the perfect gathering space for our family. We would definitely recommend this location! The grounds were beautiful and inviting. Great for taking stroll through the countryside.

This is the perfect spot for a family gathering. It's a short walk straight into the village of Arundel. The barn is clean, spacious, and well-equipped for cooking and dining. The surroundings are impossibly beautiful with a view to the Arundel cathedral and castle from the back door.

The property is so spacious and comfortable and the courtyard and views simply stunning! The pool was gorgeous and as the weather on the sunday was...

Booked the whole place for a 4 night stay to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. Super place with fantastic facilities. The accommodation was huge and even though their was 20 of us there was always plenty of space for everyone. We arranged a supermarket delivery so we didn't have to go shopping. There was an indoor swimming pool and a...

We booked the whole property as a family get together to celebrate our Mums 80th Birthday. We hired Brooklands for 4 nights over a bank holiday weekend. We wanted to make the most of the Bank Holiday weekend so staying for the Monday night was a great option. The property itself is huge. But the comfort it offered made it...

We stayed as a group of 4 families, 8 adults and 7 under 5’s. We were meat by the owner who spent plenty of time showing us around, the barn was clean and well presented. There was plenty of space for the children to run around and for all of the families not to be on top of each other...

This place is great for hosting large groups or extended families - loads of space for everyone, all rooms en suite or with their own bathroom - in combination, everyone was very well accommodated! The pool and courtyard facilities are beautiful too, and there is an awesome view of Arundel Castle. A really great place to stay to explore Sussex!

“We booked all three buildings as we were such a large group so I personally saw them all. They are all equally beautiful! It really just comes down to the size of your group. The Barn has the largest dining/communal area and this is where we tended to eat/relax.”
