Had a very pleasant stay, lovely evening meal and fabulous breakfast. It was a shame I woke too early due to road noise. Double glazing would be of benefit. We continued out stay over with a visit to the magnificent Arundel Castle definitely not to be missed.

My husband and I just spent our 1st wedding anniversary weekend at The Swan. Overall we were really impressed and absolutely loved our stay! We went for the indulgent room, it was well priced and the ambiance and decor were lovely, especially the roll top bath. The bath salts are a lovely touch and the tea on offer in the...

Stayed in a room for an evening as a last minute thing. Checkin was easy, and the room was perfect. Comfy bed, power shower and ideally located. Breakfast the next morning was good and the staff friendly, would certainly visit again

The staff at The Swan were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Only improvement would be if the hotel could have some allocated parking in the local car park with a subsidy for guests.

Authentic old inn in a beautiful town. A comfortable stay followed by a delicious breakfast. Convenient car park adjacent to hotel. They kindly posted my iPad charger which I had left in the room. This symbolised the excellent service.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in as we were visiting amberley castle for the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and they rectified a little hiccup straight away with out delay! Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant is comfortable to eat in and pleasant. Thank you 😊

Stayed for one night before visiting the castle which is a two minute walk from the hotel. Room was nicely decorated, comfortable size with a large bathroom. Shower was great but it could have used a shelf to hold the soap and shampoo. Nice quaint pub downstairs on one side with the restaurant on the other side. Delicious breakfast with...

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Slightly disappointed with the room - it was listed as a superior double but was rather small. However our complaint was dealt with very well by the manager - totally satisfied.
