Stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Wanted a base in the centre of Arundel and this couldn't be any better. On the quiet high street, in front of the public car park , by the river and down the hill from the Castle and Cathedral. The pub downstairs is a Fullers so drinks and food were more than good... We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel but to be honest the room was very small and the bed was a standard double which only just fitted in the small room. It was a tight squeeze but fortunately we did not have to spend much time in it. We did eat there and the food was tasty. Staff were... More

The Swan, a 17th century coaching inn, has a lot of character and good staff. They sorted out problems quickly and effectively and were cheerful and helpful. Excellent in every respect except the lack of darkness in the bedroom at night.

Great convenient hotel, serving good food, no lift so lugging suitcases is difficult up several staircases, could do with a little sprucing up, some of the seating padding is stained and the bar could do with some up dating, very pretty table settings for evening but overall looked a little worn, there is no real area for checking in or out... I ate with 5 collegues and the meal was great, my wife had breakfast and said it was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Swan. Thank you to the friendly staff

This hotel is at the very center of the small village of Arundel. The main attraction of Arundel is the Castle. On the castle's website and on the panel in front of the main door, it says that the castle, usually open from Tuesday to Sunday is also open on the Mondays of August. This is not an exception, each... More

We stayed for 2 nights in July with the family and couldn't have had a nicer venue, or better treatment. Our room was delightful and the food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Thank you.
