The restaurant is first class. The choice of food is really quite vast and the quality and value are excellent. We have eaten there before with family and just the two of us - usually having the carvery of which I believe is served everyday. This weekend we had the prawn cocktail and the liver... the liver was on a...

I had the pleasure to sample the food here with a dining pal, to say we were impressed is an under statement. The tuna steak was presented and cooked to perfection, the Carvery beef equal to rosette standard and the vanilla cheesecake Paul Hollywood would have been proud to call his own !!! Looking forward to a return visit.

Having recently got married in Chichester, we booked several rooms for our friends and families. The rooms are spotless, well finished and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked and the restaurant beautifully designed. The pub serves great beers and has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. We will be back.

I was in Chichester visiting friends, and was asked to meet friends for a meal at The Nags Head, just had to tell everyone what a great meal we had. Sorry I didn't take photographs, but the variety of the food coming out of the kitchen was wonderful, and I have to say generous portions.

I took my mum and nan here for lunch on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we were served by a lovely young lad. I had the duck & orange salad and my god it was one of the best lunches I've ever had! My mum had the Camembert which she equally loved, however my nan had pate and...

Strolling round the St Pancras area oof Chichester looking for somewhere to eat and being spoilt for chock came accoss The Nags Head. It looked clean and had a varied menu so decided to try it. The food was really good and way above your run of the mill pubs. Highly recommended.

Had a steak meal here. Nice flavoured but definitely not rare as Requested! Order blue cheese sauce as a side for £3.50. Really wish I hadn't bothered, so runny was more like a soup on my plate. Chunky chips were so chunky they resembled wedges not chips as I know it!! On a plus side the prawn starter was lovely

The lousy football was England's fault! The good food and service was down to the staff and we always enjoy eating here. Quickly served with very good pub food at a good price for a city centre pub. The ambience is a winner for us too and we encourage others to try it. Shame about the football, though😬.
