Pulling up outside i must admit to thinking "not sure " , the victorian house is on a busy road and parking could be an issue. But it all disappeared quickly . Carrie met us and we were made to feel at home very quickly. Both Carrie and Russ were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Food was...

Have just spent a night at 'onetwoseven' and had a fabulous time. We stayed in the 'Secret shack' at the bottom of the garden, very cosy with all the facilities needed and more, the outdoor shower is a great feature and is just one of the many excellent touches throughout the house. The rest of the property also exuded a...

A brilliantly convenient location in Chichester for a stay on the south coast. A wonderful welcome and a warm cosy house. Garden is Big Brother kitsch, but all the better for it. Will definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend in a warm and friendly house, with fantastic hosts.

Thank you Carrie and Russ for a wonderful weekend! Nothing was too much trouble for this pair, we were made to feel so welcome. The house is just beautiful and we will be back to try another room soon! The breakfast was just lovely too, sad when Sunday came around and we had to leave.

Everything was thought of including dressing gowns and slippers in the room, a selection of teas/coffee even hair styling products and spare tooth brushes. The breakfast was extremely tasty I...

I stumbled upon this little B&B by chance and could not be happier. The room was beautiful, the hospitality was lovely and the breakfast was amazing! Nice and close to the train (I think we paid a £4 taxi) and a short walk into the town centre. Would definitely go again!

Thank you Carrie and Russ for a great stay in Chichester. Your house is beautiful every room so well thought out. You made us so at home and a great picnic that you arranged for us to take to the beach! We loved the gribble inn and real ales, and thanks for even organising our taxi with the landlady. We...
