We stayed in Leeds for two nights, one of which was for the Eric Clapton concert at the Arena. Our room was well-appointed, particularly the bathroom and there was a good level of cleanliness. It faced the front and was on the ground floor so there was abit of street/traffic noise but nothing unbearable. (We deliberatley chose a city centre... More

We have stayed here a view times. A wonderful, quirky hotel, that is superbly situated right opposite the bar and grill and walking distance to everything you could need. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with such comfortable beds. Fabulous staircase and an honesty bar that makes you feel like a member of the family! Really to be recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, meeting up with friends and seeing a show. The hotel is well appointed and convenient for the station. The staff are courteous and friendly but we were not given all the information we needed to find our way around the hotel. Signage to rooms and the conservatory restaurant is poor. We were... More

Hotel is perfectly fine, however the room we were allocated was incredibly noisy both from outside, and inside being next to the lift and next to a frequently used staff exit/ entrance. The room was clearly part of an extension to make it into a suite for the next room with a fold down bed, which was small for 2... More

My daughter booked this hotel for her and myself just for the night. Staff friendly we were able to leave our bags and when we arrived back from lunch the bags were already in our allocated room. Our room was small but very nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Fully stocked fridge (although we didn't use any of... More

My husband has booked in this hotel as a treat for our anniversary, on arrival we were welcomed with courtesy and our luggage were taken to our suite which was one of the best we have been to and can't say enough about the beautiful Victorian stained glass window by reception. We have been to the porter lodge Bar and... More

Located near the train station and across Leeds school of law. It is easy access by train to other parts of the country. Room is standard and bathroom is decent size. Stay away from rooms facing the street. Traffic does not seem to quiet down, it is a major thorough way with double decker buses running late in to the... More

I booked a surprise birthday afternoon tea for my partner and after a lot of comparisons I decided to book Quebecs. The lady who took my telephone reservation was really helpful and very polite and I had high expectations from a 4 Star Hotel. We arrived on the day and spoke to another lady at front of house who didn't... More

I wanted a hotel close to the Leeds train station, but wasn't interested in a 5-star price and a lot of amenities that I wouldn't use. Quebecs more than fit the bill! The room was a good size and well-appointed, and the bathroom spotless and roomy. I was particularly pleased with the excellent free wifi, which was simple to use.... More
