We have stayed at this hotel, periodically, since it first opened, the last time in April this year and sadly found it no longer to be an example of a hotel at the top end of it's business. It is still quirky with the communal areas up together but the bedrooms are now way behind the other competing hotels in...

Thank you for your review. Having stayed here since the hotel opened and continuing to return, I was concerned to read your comments about your most recent stay in April. We have started the refurbishment programme and will be continuing this in time, if you would like more information on the refurbishment, then please do not hesitate to contact me...

The hotel overall had a lovely boutique feel. The reception staff were friendly with no waiting for check in or check out, and we were offered a complimentary glass of wine when we checked in. Our room was spacious and homely with lots of little touches that made it feel special. The bathroom was large and had bath and a...

Thank you for your review. I must say, I love your picture of the cat key ring on the bed, it looks very cosy. I am pleased that our location suited you and although you didn’t spend much time in your room you thought that our little touches made it feel special. The team and I look forward to welcoming...

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the city centre on the River Aire. The reception area is quite small & there is no bar, there is a small area to sit in and an honesty bar. It is relatively limited but you just help yourself and complete a form with what you have taken. I had an upgraded room...

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. It was lovely to read your complimentary comments about both your meeting and bedroom, I have shared these with the team and they are delighted you had a comfortable stay. On your next stay, in the summer months, I would be more than happy to place a fan in your...

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the river within easy walking of the city centre. We had to be away by 8 in the morning so could park for free on the street outside. Staff were friendly and welcoming - a complimentary glass of wine on arrival was a nice touch - and our room had a view...

As a conversion, you will see all around the building the original features and I am glad you were able to appreciate these. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Visiting Leeds for the Springsteen concert at the newly opened Leeds Arena I checked into this hotel for the night. The location is great, being on the banks of the River Aire and close to the Corn Exchange and the city centre shops. The room had what you might expect and it is a relaxed sort of place. One slight...

What a fantastic short stay we had, from the complimentary glass of wine on arrival to a lovely river view room. I had booked the standard room and had to ask a member of staff whether we had been upgraded I was that impressed. Room 107, very quiet and well laid out. We'll be back

Thank you for such a lovely review. It is always great to read a guest has thoroughly enjoyed their stay and will return. Room 107 is a standard room so I am impressed that you thought you were upgraded and enjoyed the view, this room is the closest to the river as it is located down the stairs. On your...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Red Letter Day. The reviews were good so thought we would give it a try. We are so glad that we did. My wife and I stayed here as part of a visit to Leeds for the inaugral concert at the new Leeds Arena - Bruce Springsteen (and the E Street Band). Thank you for posting your review. Wow, a lucky guest who got to see Bruce Springsteen at the First Direct Arena, tickets were like gold dust!!
