Very accommodating when asked if I could check in a little earlier to help with my plans for the day. Lovely clean hotel...free parking provided too...huge bonus! My twin bedded room was spacious and modern. Well furnished to a high standard with amazingly comfortable beds! Tea and coffee making facilities including biccies too. The bathroom was amazing...my whirlpool bath in...

We found the B&b to be just what we needed. It provided us with a comfortable room and a lovely breakfast all at a great value price. The wifi was easily accessible and was useful to locate where we needed to go to meet our family. We would recommend without hesitation.

Stayed here with the wife for a one night wedding party. I found close off street parking, comfortable room, and a big as good as home cooked breakfast. The owners are friendly and were helpful in suggesting the best way to the motorway. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed staying at the Abbey Guest House. Friendly, welcoming staff. I thought it was very good value. I had a pleasant, clean room on the second floor. Good breakfast. No problems accessing the free WiFi. Off road parking. All good really.

We stayed for two nights in August 2012. The owners are friendly and welcoming and keen to offer a good experience at their long established family run B&B. Everything you could need is catered for in nicely furnished and spotlessly clean en- suite bedrooms. The breakfast is excellent. Off street parking and free wifi are bonuses. Be aware that rooms...

The hosts of Abbey Guest House could not be more congenial. We received a warm welcome, a well appointed bedroom and bathroom, and a hearty breakfast. Our kind host made excellent suggestions for local sights and restaurants, and also printed out directions for our next destination. Our room was very comfortable and the guest house was easy to find. We...

We stayed here for three nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this guest house. Our room was spotless and very nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom. Hazel's breakfast was delicious and plentiful. On site parking. Quiet area in great location (so close to Dales) and easy to find. Bob and Hazel friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay...

We had a lovely two night stay at the Abbey Guest House. We had two bedrooms, both were nicely appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Hazel and Bob were very nice hosts. We would return if we were ever in Leeds again.

A nice place to stay. It has the feel of a traditional B&B that's had its bedrooms "made over". So the bedrooms and bathrooms are much more modern than the exterior and dining room which are more traditional. For me having done the bedrooms first is the right priority. Bob was very helpful, sorting out parking and suggesting a good...

I found this place on the internet. I came from to NY to visit Leeds as my son is planning on attending university here. Bob and Hazel are the nicest outgoing people. It is very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. We had a car but there was a bus directly outside the house that goes to downtown Leeds....
