We stayed for the one night to go to the 'fire and dine' evening. This lovely place is ideal, being less than a 10 minute walk away.

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend and it was absolutely fantastic value for money. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to our room. The room was lovely, really clean, tidy and quite homely, with a fantastic bathroom and shower.
We checked in for one night during a business trip and found ourselves in a smart B&B with all the comforts laid on. Big comfy bed, a great menu for breakfast with almost too much choice. A lovely service provided by the owners and cannot...More

Stayed here for Let's Rock Leeds weekend with another couple.
The b&b is idyllic, as clean as a whistle and the owners are all wonderful and extremely friendly.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

The Three Horseshoes is about 1 mile away and has parking. Good value pub food. Reading your question it seems you will have a car but don't wish to drive into Leeds centre - can't say I blame you as parking is pretty pricey. There is a bus service which pases the hotel and takes you in to the centre and if you check out First Bus website it gives details of times etc. I'm also sure that a quick call to the hotel and they would be happy to give more detail.
