I was welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist on my side of the counter and I paid for breakfast in cash. On checking out, however, I was asked for the breakfast fee again! I was on the sixth floor and the room was very comfortable and had everything I required. The shower was excellent, but there was an unfortunate step...

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Leeds, hotel is 10 minutes to the main shopping area or around £3/ £4 in a taxi (same price to Leeds first direct arena). The hotel has charging ports for all models of phone at a small charge incase you forget your charger & sells other things like toiletries and other handy necessities. Although...

We got to this hotel and the reception is trendy and stylish. That all changes when we got to our floor and the room was such a let down design wise. It was really boring and bland and then the curtains were ridiculously dated. We were provided with plastic cups and spoons. The layout of the plug sockets was inconvenient...

Located 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping areas and with parking available in a public car park next to the hotel, the Ibis provides basic rooms at a reasonable rate. Check in is quick and staff are cheery and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet and offer no frills. Buffet breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold...

Location is great, car park opposite for the money / price (paid around...

My wife and I stayed at this Ibis aparthotel for the first two nights of our recent Holy Week trip to Leeds. We particularly liked the friendly young people who made the short check in process a brief and pleasurable experience. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of items including at least 5 types of cooked breakfast...

After previous visits to ibis hotels, and the fact I am a bit of a hotel snob, I was apprehensive for my stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the super quick check in and helpfulness of the staff, the second you enter reception, one of the staff will appear immediately to help you with any issues which...

Having last year stayed in the ibis budget I expected a fairly similar if not better standard. The foyer was lovely, as was the restaurant and the food was nice. Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However on obtaining our room keys we went up to find we couldn't get...
